Position Summary:

We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager with a proven track record of driving growth and efficiency in digital marketing and demand generation. This role will be pivotal in building our demand generation pipeline, optimizing marketing strategies, and enhancing our brand's footprint in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a passion for transforming healthcare through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Execution: Lead the design and execution of comprehensive demand generation strategies, including content creation, paid advertising, marketing automation, audience nurturing, and conversion optimization. Your goal will be to significantly increase deal volume while reducing costs.

• Branding & Thought Leadership: Spearhead branding initiatives such as website redesign and PR campaigns, with a focus on improving patient health outcomes and preventing physician burnout. Develop and disseminate thought leadership content to educate healthcare professionals about remote care benefits, Medicare reimbursement, and patient engagement strategies.

• Performance Improvement: Drawing on your experience, you'll be expected to replicate and surpass your past success of improving incoming deal volume measured quarter by quarter.

• Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize customer journeys and implement innovative digital marketing strategies. Mentor team members, oversee contractors, and potentially guide interns in their professional development.

About You:

• Proven experience in demand generation and digital marketing, ideally within the healthcare, collaboration software, e-learning, or education counseling sectors.

• Demonstrable success in leading marketing campaigns that significantly boost sales pipeline, reduce acquisition costs, and increase website traffic.

• Strong background in developing branding strategies, leading PR initiatives, and enhancing brand awareness through various channels.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in mentoring teams and managing external contractors.

• Creative thinker with a keen analytical mind, able to leverage data to drive decision-making and strategy optimization.
